Saudazation


One of SOAMC’s main objectives is growing a national workforce to help position as national group of companies, making every effort to encourage Saudization in all its companies and factories. Towards that end, we created a special office for receiving employment requests from Saudi youth and abided by the minimum wage law and altered our management system so that the company could give a two-day weekend (Thursday and Friday) to its employees, not to mention incentives—all because we trust the will of our Saudi youth to bear responsibilities as leaders and executives.
